Value of Colt Mk IV/Series 70

I know this is not a lot of info, but I am going to look at a Colt Government Mk IV/ Series 70 in "Very Good" condition. Serial number: 37472G70, supposedly built between '76 & '80. All original except for an aftermarket ambi safety.

Can someone give me a ballpark value for a gun like this. He is asking $775.

As described, $700-$800 would seem reasonable, assuming no rust, no additional mods, and no box or paperwork. I've watched them go from $500 to $1100, the latter being an unfired, NIB, all paperwork included, example.

I paid about $775 for one in July. 1974 in exc. condition, no finish wear from carry, finish starting to get a tiny bit thin on the front gripstrap and main spring housing. No box, etc.
It was shot less than 500 rds.
I got a bonus with it, though. A set of bonded ivory stocks with Colt medallions.
It's nice enough I will have to force myself to holster it. I try to remember the ones I own are not rare or museum pieces.
