Buds Gun Shop

Buds Gun shop is selling blemished Guardian 9mm's without telling anyone.

There's no marking on the outside of the carrying case.
No notes or stickers about the blemish inside the case as there should be.
The gun has a nice upside down Y next to the serial number.

So watch out Bud's Gun Shop is being dishonest.

Not yet they close at 5 eastern and I picked up the gun at 6pm central.

I'm just telling who ever else may be thinking of buying one to watch out.

Before you slander a business, wouldn't you think a phone call WHILE THEY ARE OPEN!!!!! would be appropriate?

Maybe it is a simple, human mistake.

Some people have no class.

Caveat emptor, as always...

Furthermore, Buds may not be aware of what they have, as you said yourself that nothing on or in the packaging marks it as a blemish.

Get the issue resolved with Buds, then post a follow-up. Many of us will be interested to know what happens.

Hey guys I was a little disappointed when I started this thread and I didn't want anyone to suffer the same experience.

Bud's got back to me. There was an honest mistake and they offered to let me return the pistol. I'll take them at their word.

The blemish is minor, so I decided to keep the pistol instead of burning everybody's money shipping and transferring.

My apology to Bud's for jumping the gun.
Their customer service was first class in fixing my problem and their communication was quick. 2nd gun I've bought from them.

As long as the blems are disclosed as blemished guns they are a fantastic deal.
Can't wait to go shoot this one!

This topic should be closed and removed. I have had really good luck with Bud's. Having it open is a diservice to them.

So if they mistakenly ship you a blem, are they replacing with a non-blem or refunding some of the cash paid as a discount?
