Adjustable Rear Sights for RIA Tactical

I've read the forum, searched and still can't come up with a rear sight for my gun. At the range today the gun was ok on elevation but was shoot to the right about 3-4". I really want to just put a set of adjustable rear sights on the gun but I also want to do the least amount of fitting to the gun as possible. I looked at these:

I think they will fit, or at least in the review section a guy said he put them on a Rock and is happy with them.

Maybe daveinvegas or another member who has installed adjustable sights on their gun can chime in and point me in the direction I need to go, thanks in advance.

I used this set on my RIA GI with stake on front sight. I got them from Fusion in 2007, I don't see them on their site now, I only paid $60.00 for them then, they are great for range use, solved my problems. I have seen them for less money at some other sites.
