hey dale how is life next to hank? lol, does your taurus have the rail, if it does you are very limited, otherwise pick and choose, because it will fit in nearly any holster made for the 1911 clones

How's this?

It's one of these:

however I bought mine from the local range and it was some $10 cheaper. I like it, it conceals well (holds nice and tight against the body). I'm not that big a guy either... 5'8ish around 130lbs

If its for CCW then I would strongly suggest looking into a Crossbreed holster from crossbreedholsters.com They make them with and without rail if you do have one. This looks like the best CCW holster you can get. They offer it in leather and in horse hide (horse hide is more dense and is ideal if its humid or if you sweat a lot) and they offer great customer support.

I agree 100% crossbreed is one of the most comfortable IWB holster I have ever worn. It distributes the weight of the pistol perfectly...I sometimes forget I'm wearing it, haha

Oh and the best costumer service, I called after my order was placed cause I heard they give a military discount and they sent me a set of J hooks free of charge.
