All appeals vacancies filled

Nice. His 200th judge confirmed in like three years? Never would have guessed capital hill could move that fast. Still hate McConnell, but he definitely came through here. I guess the Senate republicans in general came through, for once. I also never would have guessed I'd be saying that either. Go figure.

I'd not be surprised if she is either a Double or animatronic. AFAIK, about 99% of her "work" is being done from "home" or "hospital" or by "interns" - which implies she's not working.

I believe the correct word would be "expire"....

She'll NEVER retire with Trump (or any other Republican) in the White House.

Well, if that's the way she wants to play it, it still won't be long. She's had cancer, what, like 5 times now?

"Now if Ruthie would only retire."

Sounds like we need to replace Roberts as well. And whoever else had the bright idea to throw out all the pro-2A appeals this past month.

Avoid the temptation to replace everything on your brand-new 1911 just to make it "better". Know what you're changing out and why. You may spend a lot of money fixing things that weren't broken to begin with. Shoot at least 500 rounds through it first, then decide what you don't like and want to improve. Regarding vintage 1911s, pre-1970 pistols are highly collectible in original, unaltered condition and should NEVER be refinished or modified as it completely ruins their monetary value.

He's my senator and IMHO is a swamp critter of the first degree......but he's been damn near the only senator to actually stand with President Trump (I believe him & McCain are what screwed us on repealing Obamacare).

At least he stood with the president during the impeachment farce.

As chief and so much younger, it'd do the country more good for Roberts to leave.

If you can stake your 2A rights on the rather left leaning Roberts, you should know this. Be GLAD that the court punted on those cases because you had no zip zilch nada chance of getting Roberts to swing to the Right on any of it.

In the factual present to the last 3 years all these judges and you're still getting the shaft on 2A matters. I wouldn't sigh a breath of relief any time soon.

She is holding out for a Dumb in the White House.

She seems to spend most of oral arguments sleeping on the bench.
Replacing her will be the fight to end all fights.
