Ah, bring in the 'clowns'. If I'd a watched that debacle, I would had to have a bottle of syrup of ipecac handy just in case I needed to induce vomiting because their statements weren't enough to do so.

I watched only a few minutes of several previous debates. I watched zero seconds of the last one realizing I only have so many brain cells to sacrifice.

I am anxious to get to the election and have this all behind us for a while. While Im hopeful that Trump will be re elected, I am greatly concerned about 5 years from now. This Socialist/Communist shift in popular opinion is seemingly stronger each year. States are falling one by one, with the epicenter of each one being the larger more populated cities. We are fighting an uphill battle. Our sights most certainly must be focused on this next election, but our thoughts must reach further and consider the more distant future. Once we get President Trump re elected, what's next? I don't mean for his administration, but beyond that. What must be done to solidify the future of America for our children? Or are you all confident enough in our Constitution and Bill of Rights that our Republic will stand?

What I believe is a scary concept is that right now - there's MILLIONS of people out there that would gladly place any one of these people in the White House.
Think on that.

Push through laws separating cities over a certain size from effecting the state electoral voting and laws, basically make them into their own voting zones so that they don't have the ability to drag everything in the state along with the policy set by one county. It would solve the issues in Cali since anyone would be able to extremely clearly see the differences outside of city lines and the state would not be a easy win for blue anymore since all the non-major city counties would then be red in laws and points for elections lowering the effect by at least 1/3 and reducing the points given to the next communist.

That way entire states can't be dragged along by pockets of stupid and failed policy anymore.

perhaps an electoral college by counties kinda thing could prevent the majority in the cities from ruling over the entire state?

Well, regardless of how you feel about the Coronavirus the stock market, that has been so strong, just took its biggest one day dump ever. Could it be a new player?

Anything is possible, but unlikely...Likely the CV will dissipate as the weather warms like most viruses do...Likely we have a good entry point in the market for those who care to buy new or more (panics almost always amount to that)...Likely we will have a vaccine for CV by next flue season...Likely the market will recover by then because the panic will be long gone, the fed will lower rates again (one could argue whether this is good or bad long term, but that will not change what is likely to happen). And even in the very unlikely chance this doesn't come to pass, it is unlikely that anyone votes will change. Not even the lefty's, their media, or the Deep State will be successful on pinning CV on POTUS.

No certainties in life, but I've learned through experiences to:
1) Pray a lot.
2) Play the odds/leverage likely outcomes.
3) Stay optimistic.

It has served me well and I am certain it has helped me stay alive since 2006 when I was given 5 years to live by my Hematologist.

Dont panic just yet. Every outbreak like this has a short term affect on the stock market. So far this Coronavirus has had less of an impact. If, as some health organization experts claim, the coronavirus has peaked, the stock market will soon stabilize and resume its gains. If not, it will continue to go down a bit. The points it sheds is not as meaningful as the percentage. Don't get wrapped up in the panic the Media wants to portray. This chart is of the S&P 500, but all markets perform similarly.Currently the Dow is down about 12%, still far from its historic 18% loss of a few years ago.

Every year, between 12,000 and 60,000 people die from the flu each year. From frickin flu.

Covid 19 stories are designed to do one thing. Attract reader/viewership and make money.

Remember. Half the country has a below average IQ.

I enjoy hearing when more come out and say that if Bernie is the nominee,
Not only the dems can kiss Florida goodbye, but losing Congress is more likely, besides holding the senate. It would be poetic justice for the liberal/commie crowd for US to win all three since they’ve essentially wasted the last 4 years of Trumps first term. Bloomberg (I dont know what to consider him...) stated essentially the same thing.
Now that more if not most of the GOP see that Trump is for real, if the above becomes fact, maybe they can get some important things done.

President Trump has accomplished more in the first two years of his term than any POTUS in the last thirty years.

The Democraps have wasted the last year.

Bloomberg worries me if for no other reason that there are a tremendous number of people who don't research issues or candidates. They have been conditioned to buy what is being advertised on the boob tube, and mini Mike is spending a great deal on advertising and his people know how to sell.
