You have a few options. You can attach a picture to the post with the little paperclip above the text area, then either use the link (if the picture is already online) or browse to where you keep the pictures on your computer.

Alternatively, start a photobucket account (photobucket.com) and link to your pictures there like this:

[img]link[/img]

So, for example, http://i1024.photobucket.com/albums/...7-49_137-1.jpg in the IMG tags would show up like this:

Using the paperclip to attach the pictures to the post works just as well, but won't have the image actually visible in the post; people will have to click on it instead. Feel free to ask if you're still stuck, I'm sure there are plenty of people willing to help you out (myself included, obviously).

You can post pictures taken with your phone by saving to SkyDrive. At least I can do that using a Windows phone (Nokia Lumia 920). You then use your browser, on the phone or another computer that recognizes the same SkyDrive, to navigate to the posting area. Selecting BROWSE, go to SkyDrive directory, select the picture, clip on the Image address to copy, and then Paste using the Add image/picture icon of your Reply post. It is much easier than it might seem to read these directions.
