First impression and quick range report.

Picked up my supergrade commander special on Monday and over all it has exceeded every expectation I had. The over all fit finish and attention to detail is amazing. The gun is more than I could ever ask for.

Headed out to the range Tuesday morning for a quick 150 rounds before work. Gun performed flawlessly with a hand full of different loads and all I can say is wow. The gun is far more accurate than I could ever be and at both 15 and 25 yds point of aim point of impact is dead on. This thing makes me look good! Attached are a few pictures shot with a iPhone so bare with me but over all I’m one happy camper. After a few more range trips to aid in break in and testing my carry load this will take its place and my primary ccw.

Excellent shooting young man! My carry gun for the past 6 years has been a Supergrade Pro .45, it is a solid performer and capable of far greater shooting than I am. At some point, I will have to transition to a milder recoil due to aging and loss of strength in hands from the damaged radial nerves going to both arms; I have a Hackathorn Special Commander in 9mm that has been exceeding accurate for me and has performed with a wide variety of loads flawlessly, so I have come to appreciate the Commander size guns and think yours will serve you very well for the rest of your life. Congrats on a superb gun!

Great gun, I received my Super Grade Commander just a couple months ago, looks like they are specked out the same, except I like the two tone, so my frame is stainless.
People always ask me what is so special about a Wilson, and as you said "this thing makes me look good" to me they just are easier to shoot well. I have Colts that I can shoot just as good, but it is just harder to do.

I donít know, maybe Iím becoming anal... That Commander is a Super Grade... As a Super Grade I would expect close to perfection. Looking at your photos I was shocked at the fit of the grips!! Compare the ďfitĒ of the Challis grips on my Stealth... Iím disappointed in Wilsonís attention to detail...
