Heirloom precision

Lost out on two auctions this weekend for a Jason Burton custom 5 inch gun. Frustrated by the fact that I cant seem to find a true superb custom 1911 without having to wait years. Not impressed with the overpriced faux custom stuff . Any suggestions?

If you want it now and don't want the wait you need to spend more.

“Overpriced faux custom stuff” ? Maybe apples and oranges.

One of our Forum members has a business called PT Partners. He helped get me my two Heirloom Precision guns, a Hi-Power and a Colt 1911, both Yost Signature grades. He may be able to help you.

I would love to own an HP. Curious (genuinely) what you consider "faux custom".

By custom, do you mean scratch block steel or exotic metal to frame and slide and every part hand made? Are you looking for a 20K gun?

I can only say GREAT things about Terry, proprietor of PT Partners. He is a solid, reputable, straight shooter when it comes to guns. I have acquired and sold several items through him, the latest being an early CT Brian.

His website is not necessarily up to date. He posts some on Gunbroker but has more on Guns International. Since you have a specific Holy Grail I would suggest you give him a call and see what he has
