Combat Master

I have a feeling that the Taran marked Combat Masters may become scarce after what came out at SHOT show. So hang on to em if you got em

A. What came out?

B. They’re already commanding premiums well over MSRP.

Some videos were released of him at SHOT from a few years ago of him trying to get one of his employees to pull down her pants (Jade) on camera even after she said no and stop multiple times

I heard that Trijicon has ended their partnership with him because of it.

Over on AR15.com there is a 40 page thread about it. The first post has the link to the videos someone posted to their Instagram.

They had the Taran Weinstein page taken down that had the video counting the number of times she said “no” and “stop”.

Plus they had some super funny memes

Ohh that. Yes I saw the videos a couple days ago. It looked more of a consensual flirty situation between the two than any sort of harassment. IIRC it was a disgruntled ex employee that released the videos. I haven’t heard a single complaint from the female shooter. She’s also well armed during the video.

I don’t think that STI has any relation to STI other than working on the Taran influenced combat master. Kind of like their brief affiliation with Chris Costa and the Costa line of guns. Also I believe the Combat Master has been out of production for a few months thus separating them from Taran.

Maybe if they were in a bar and he wasn’t her boss.

These types of investigations were a big part of my job in the past. It def meets Fed and State definitions of workplace sexual harassment. 1-it was her boss, 2-it was in the workplace,3- she said no and stop multiple times.

So even if she didn’t complain but it was reported from someone else, I still would have fired him

well they're already selling for $5K+ on gun broker. There's one right now with bids >$5K and by the time JW4 comes out I wouldn't be surprised if these are >$6K

Well they did say "Limited Edition" and I remember a few months ago my dealer saying last order they were taking when he called me and asked if I wanted another. But I didn't ask whether that was last order STI was taking or he was making.
As for price I do remembering him acting strangely when I picked mine up, then he said good he's gone. Apparently he didn't want to tell me the price because there was another guy in there that paid 500 more for his.
