1913 Colt group

This is a 1913 Colt GI in from a service member at Ft. Benning GA. for a retro build. I shot it to regulate the front sight height sight. These are the first five shots at 50 feet single hand standing with Winchester White Box.
Damn , bullseye tight. Kart barrel with an EGW bushing. The rear sight is a Harrison design with a Kensight Tritium up front, The front sight need to be .020 shorter to hit center of mass. The owner wanted to retail much of the fire control group as possible. The sear and disco have been replaced but the hammer and trigger are 1913 vintage.

Good shooting with a good shooter.

I don't understand retro to what, though. 1970?
And it's going to be tough to change a tritium sight's height.

oh, and I suppose given the vintage, it wont take much for a "vintage build?" :-)
