$399 ria

I paid the same price and love it also. I'm thinking of trading my g30 for another one!

I hear you. I allways wanted a 45 auto as well. I just bought one,and have had about 200 rounds thorough mine and am very happy with it. Mine is the model with the nicer sights, trigger hammer, etc. I paid 459 for mine new. I just took the CCW class and plan on carrying it. I did find some issues with hollow points that were solved with a little polish and a wilson magazine.

I AGREE!!! I bought mines NIB for $365 off gunbroker!!! It is a beauty! As for gun snobs I think those guys substitute their "GLOCKS" in place of their cocks! LOL....They put so much emphasis on why the gun they have is better than the one you own! Especially youtube glock lovers OMG....I'm not a fan of polymer pistols....1911 heaven is where I'm dwelling!

I have respect for the Glock. A freind of mine had one and he swore by it,and certainly there are many people like him. The Glock is a fine gun. Unfortunatly, for me,it feels like Im holding a pack of Marlboro wides. If a Glock feels good in your hand, then its a great gun,if it doesnt, then its not. I almost bought a S&W Sigma though. It feels ok,and the price was certainly good. It was $350,with a choice of a 50 dollar rebate (for a final price of $300) or 2 free magazines (for a total of 3). I decided to go with the RIA,after reading peoples opinions of it,and becuase I have allways wanted a 1911.

Oh yeah I agree they are good!!! I owned a glock 19 and a Heckler and Koch mk23 before they both are HUGE the MK23 is freakishly HUGE! But all of a sudden I favored 1911's so I'm here to stay with my springfield n RIA....for some reason the RIA is more solid than my springfield....I have barrel rattle
