Get your purchase permit (if you don't have it or a concealed carry permit), find a decent deal and go for it... Not much else...

already got the permit. just having a little problem finding one. Especially since I just recently found out that dealers get then for 300 per. So I wanna pay under 400... everyone around here wants 500 or more. Gun show this weekend so I have my fingers crossed.

Either I've neglected to post my pictures here, or my search-fu has failed me.

Here is it

Hey CVO, not sure where you are in NC but, if you haven't found a RIA 1911 yet, I bought my RIA Tactical from American Tactical Supply in Shelby, NC. on 2/24/2010. They had 2 or 3 at least, maybe more. Check them out if you can, they have a web-site and the are pretty well known in Shelby. If you need help finding them let me know and I'll do what I can. Oh, and PS I love my RIA Tactical .45, I think you will too.

New To Me

Here's my new to me used Rock Island. Bought it this morning and ten minutes later was at the range shooting. Shoots great but only came with one mag so I bought a new Chip McCormick for it. Both mags feed reliably, but the GI sights will get replaced soon cause my eyes aren't as good as they used to be.
