Has anyone sent a knife to buck for a blade replacement or any other service? How long was the wait? Was there ever any communication that anything is happening?
Sent mine in for a new blade after a friend cut into a positive cable and melted a small section.
Send it to Buck you won't be disappointed. I have had them give several of my knives the spa treatment and one blade replacement, returned to me as good as new
Oddly enough I just received an email today saying that it was received by the warranty dept with an expected process date of 5-18.
