It will take any mag I have tried with a basepad. I did have to trim down the front of the base pad though. 10 round mags donít need any mods though. Good luck to you. I am glad to see that you are shooting a single stack in L-10 instead of a fat gun downloaded.

Is there some kind of disadvantage to using a fat pistol in L10?

No disadvantage, big advantage. Easier and faster to reload. The only disadvantage is the fact getting a fat gun to go to slide lock can be iffy at best.

I just see the new division as a way for newer shooters to have fun and not get pounded by the top dogs.

Our hi-capacity receiver kit now has a newly designed 45, 10round magazine that locks the slide back. Being the thinnest hi-cap out there, it may provide the best of both worlds for limited 10.

Our second generation Hi-cap receiver kit.
It includes a trigger , mag catch assy, beavertail grip safety, built in plunger tube, ambi safety, mainspring housing and grips.
I do not want to talk you out of the race ready receiver because I am not sure if USPSA will alloy our HiCaps in 45 in limited, you never know with those guys. The race ready frame is legal for limited, for sure.
Thank you,
Gary
