This Combat Government Model was purchased by me circa 1986. I sent it to Accurate Plating & Weaponry where the frame was hardchromed. GS is a Wilson drop in. Slide was sent to Colt last year for re-rollmarking and rebluing. The entire pistol is at Heirloom Precision right now for a complete build and will be refinished in matte DLC Ionbond.

Blue Colt slide over a stainless Caspian frame. It's almost done. Just waiting on news from my wife's job... Stainless Mil-Spec in foreground.
