Measurements for barrel bushing

I am going to order an EGW barrel bushing for an R1 but I am working out of town and can't measure it myself right now. Does anyone know the barrel outside diameter and slide inside diameter measurements that I need to give to EGW so they can cut the bushing to the right size?

To take advantage of this service you need to measure your gun, not just get generic measurements.

Yeah, I know what you're saying. I have the skills and the tools necessary to fit one that is slightly oversized. I was just trying to get it made as closely as possible to cut down on the work on my end.

“As closely as possible” is to take accurate measurements of YOUR slide and YOUR barrel and give them to EGW to cut the bushing to the correct exact measurements you need. If you want to hard fit it, then you can add a little to the measurement, but there’s really no point in a custom cut bushing which is cut to some specs someone else gives you on the internet...

Slides I have mic'd have indicated .698 to .699" diameter. (Para Ordnance tend to be .700" or greater). Barrels with the belled end are typically .580" to 582".

Many "drop in" enhanced accuracy bushings have dimensions of around .581" ID and .698-.699" OD. Find a bushing around those dimensions and you will need to do minimal fitting. But remember, depending on your slide and barrel, it could also be a tad loose.
