Caspian putting on some new looks...

I just modified plans for a couple builds to go with the "High & Tight".
You may know a thing and it is not true. But in understanding that thing there can be ONLY truth. And to understand, you will need contrast. NOT adherence to a single idea. The truth is in the contrast.

I think it's a nice look. Like a monolithic, but with some rounding or a lot of rounding.

Maybe I need to change my build plans as well!
Don't worry, I'm not as smart as I look.

I'd be very interested in seeing a completed build using the crew cut frame and slide...

The crew cut slide looks like the slide on the SIG 1911's. Meant to give it the "SIG Look" I have two of the SIG MAX 1911's and I like the look of the slides so I am sure these will be good looking.

I have a Foster frame, probably an over run for the old Mitchell guns, which looks like the crew cut frame above. The matched slide has a full rib.
I had seen those on the website. Should be fairly popular. I wish they would make a full rail frame.

Pic added. This is my stock class pin gun.

The modern production 1911 - high visibility sights, beavertail grip safety, aluminum trigger, good trigger pull, enhanced slide/ frame fit, accurized barrel/bushing fit. If itís not a Kimber, itís a copy.
