Blued Wilsons

Two examples of Wilson's special ordered pistols. Both charcoal blued by Doug Turnbull's shop.

Here are the 5 that I shoot/use the most:

Only a couple days old. Haven't been to the range yet.

This one is being tweaked at the moment. She's going to be my range/game gun to help take the load off the one at the bottom.

Sunday gun.

Nightstand gun. I wouldn't normally do stainless for a railed pistol, but the price on this one was too good to pass up. It has a GREAT trigger.

My high round count, everyday shooter/carry gun. She's all broken in and runs like a top (not that they all don't right out of the box).

Picked up my new "to me" Tactical Super Grade today I purchased it from GunBroker.com. It came with 20 mags, all the documentation, DVDs and two Wilson bags. Even though it was used, I could not tell if it was ever shot. I was lucky enough to find some ammo at Wallymart (two boxes of Federal 230gr FMJ and two boxes of Winchester 230gr JHP), and off to the range I went. After reading the recent posts about FTF's I was nervous this would happen to me It did not It went through 50 rounds of each with out a hiccup. This is my first 1911 and the most expensive gun I have ever bought all because I wanted a Kimber and kept on reading this darn forum

Can't believe I haven't posted pics of my first Wilson in here yet.
Obviously, a Bill Wilson Carry. VERY nice pistol both to admire and to shoot!
