source for 21 round mags

Does anyone know of a source for the 21 round magazines?

They are not made anymore

You might find one on gunbroker

Make sure it has the little stop on the back

Other than mecgar, the rest tend to be junk

YUP...if you're gonna' buy an extended, 20 round mag for a Hi Power...make certain that it's a MEC-GAR.

MEC-GAR discontinued the 20 round mags for Hi Powers a few years ago...but as noted above, you can still find them on online aucion sites like GunBroker.com every once in a while.

You can modify Beretta 92 mags to work. You just need a regular BHP magazine nearby for reference.

Very interesting!

I have some 21 rounders made by Federal Ordinance that have been perfect, but I certainly agree that Mec-gar makes top notch mags.

Cut a notch in the Beretta mag in the same place a Hi Power notch would normally be.
