ArmorTuff to Matte Blue

Hey Guys,

I recently purchased my first Wilson Combat, a CQB Elite. Unfortunately I live in California so the option to order a gun exactly as I want is off the table.

Since Wilson has started offering it has anyone had their Armor Tuff pistol refinished in their Matte Blue? Iím just looking for any pictures of what it would look like. Customer service said they canít do the polished sides only matte but I havenít been able to find any pictures of what that would look like. Thanks for your help guys!

Not sure why they wonít. When I inquired about getting my also CA CQB redone in high polished blue, they were going to accept the job. But, I ended up going elsewhere because it wasnít cheaper or better vs sending it out to other well known smiths and shops out there to do the same work.

Hereís my CA CQB with some extra work done by Evolution Armory and refinished by Turnbull.

Wow your CQB turned out great! Did you have Evolution Armory remove the front cocking serrations? That was another item I wanted done but Wilson said they could not do it. Thanks for the pics!

Ya Evolution Armory did that, plus a few other things.
