While I don't have a CQB Commander Elite, I do have a CQB Commander with upgrades that take it to an Elite. I really like it a lot.

I have the standard CQB Commander. It actually has more upgrades than the CQB Elite Commander.

There’s nothing to dislike, everything to like.

On that one I'd say features to evaluate: front cocking serrations some people like them some don't, same with adding ball endmill cuts and/or carry cuts as well as fluted chamber. Also I do like the heavy machine chamfer on some other models, can always be added. Also consider a countersunk slide stop. The elite has the regular high ride grip safety vs. concealment safety, that depends on how you want to use it.

Living in NJ = no dice on the carry option.
