EDC x9 Kydex ?

I cannot find a IWB Kydex for the EDC x9.
It's south Fl and leather does not survive very long.
Anyone know who makes one?
thx

I have a Kydex with leather liner from Skull Crusher https://skullcrush.com but found they are made by Garrett Holsters. So Garrett may be cheaper.

I am surprised to hear that. I used a Milt Sparks for several years and the holster still looks new. FWIW, I always wore a t-shirt.

That is a very nice looking holster. Just might have to get me one.

I’m in the same boat as you down in S. Florida and have been searching for 2 years for an adjustable kydex holster that offers a claw/wing attachment. So far, Precision Holster is the only company that met my requirements.. I’m still searching but the Precision holster has been treating me well at the range and for carry.. Plus the kydex retention is on the trigger guard which significantly reduces the slide wear I was getting from the Garret...

Cool.
Found on the Wilson website that the X9 is the same size as a commander slide. LGS let me test my CCO holsters with the x9 and the pistol came home with me.

I've got pjholster bookmarked if the eventual EDC X9 I might get doesn't fit in my preferred Vedder 1911 holster.

Well that is unfortunate, I was hoping it would fit (if/when I get one). The Tac clip on the PJholster I linked seems the closest to the metal clips the Vedder uses that I've been able to find, maybe even get lucky enough for the Vedder clip to fit.

Half tempted to just get a different clip setup and drill the holes myself to make it fit.

I like the looks of that Grey Man Solution holster. Plus it appears to have a smaller footprint compared to the Precision holster I’m currently using.

Can you adjust the cant or height on the Grey Man holster? If so, that’s exactly the type of holster I’ve been looking for..Thanks

OP here:
I've been EDC ing the x9 in a Bladetech that I've used for a decade with my Colt CCOs.
Perfect for the CCOs, but the x9 is of course butt heavy and the cant drifts to the rear.
I like a perfectly vertical presentation.
Any one else have a kydex suggestion that will lock the x9 into place?
TIA
jon

Got the PJHolster with the Tac Clip and Vanguard wing.

Very well made holster and fit is excellent. Good, thin, Kydex and it seems very durable, fasteners are good as well. I would absolutely recommend PJHolster to anyone.

BUT.

I don't love the tac clip, too fat, slides on my belt more than I like and the ride height with a forward cant (adjustable cant was the appeal for the tac clip) did not mesh well with the vanguard clip, pushing it up over the belt. If I was to do it again I would probably have to go with a different clip option.

However, the holes on the clip were close enough to my preferred Vedder metal clips that I was able to make it work fine with the thinner steel clip, it also drops the height well enough to make good use of the claw at my preferred 2 o'clock with slight forward cant, and not be so obvious tucked at church.

I make no secret that the Vedder Light Tuck is my preferred carry holster, but they didn't make a holster for my new Wilson, so this is the best solution I can find, and it is working perfect now.

Sure. Had to rethink it a bit as I noticed it's sitting so low on the belt line that my rear sights are tearing up my belt. Thinking of possibly drilling a new hole and adjusting it up a quarter inch or so.

Alabama Holster built me an IWB Kydex but I had to send them a ‘Blue’ Gun.
Simple, inexpensive and works great.

They do not offer one for an EDC-X9 on-line.
