5-shot Charter Arms .44 Special laying on nightstand next to my pillow. Browning High Power 9mm with Crimson Trace handgrip laser sight, locked and loaded in the night stand drawer. Both handguns are holster.

Never before had a pistol with a weapon light mounted. Now having one, since yesterday, liking it for nightstand duty role. This has yet to complete S.D. reliability testing ... but at 170 of 300rds, looking absolutely golden to do so.
*- when it comes to puns and the like, entirely shameless.
Finished qualifying Sunday as a S.D. weapon. So once I knock out another example of a dry-fire device for it (tomorrow?), it’ll become the preferred night-stand handgun.
Chambered, ready to go in a mechanical, push-button entry safe. Can't remember the manufacturer name, but it's built like a tank and can be opened quickly if you know the code.
Home Protection/Nightstand Gun was the reason for buying this Springfield Armory Range Officer Elite Operator in 10mm. I added the Smith and Alexander Magwell/Mainspring Housing and the Streamlight TLR-2 Light /Laser.

With spare loaded mags and a small flashlight
All in a Simplex 5 button pistol box than can be opened within seconds in pitch dark
Nothin fancy, just old school goodness kept safe for only my hands to touch
Les Baer National Match Hardballer with Wilson Combat 8 round mag condition 1 and a ruger sp101 on her side.
