Once again Wilson has exceeded my expectations beyond reason, they were taking care of some damaged checkering free of charge. Reason being is when the gun came back to me after having the true zero system installed and I opened it at the range and used it for 1300 rounds (standard testing) when I went to rebox the gun I noticed the checkering was flattened in the center of the frontstrap and only in the center. I called and asked if the damage was on their side during the last round of work but we couldn't figure out what caused it in the end.

Wilson's solution was to simply give me a label and assure me they would hand correct the damage and refinish the frame. I felt bad about this so I ordered some more work on the gun in the form of a comp barrel and some minor changes.

However I was called today and informed that the correction was not up to the shop leads standards and the solution was clear to them. New gun! I'm still kinda blown away they are going this far to fix this.....

Seems to me that Wilson customers are their best sales people. I'm constantly telling friends about my
Wilson's.

Striker, I think this is why we keep buying Wilson's. I know they will run and if not, Wilson will go out of there way to make it right.

I have only had a couple of issues in the past and both was handled very professionally.

I haven't needed CS on my WC's, but it sure is nice to know that they take top-notch care of their customers.
