Paid supporter issue

I paid my site supporter membership a month ago and have contacted tech support with no results.
I paid my membership 1 day before it expired and after doing so my PM box showed 100% full which it was not before I renewed also I cannot post in the site supporter section.

Any help would be appreciated, I know this is not the place to post but have received no help elsewhere.

Attention if you have renewed your paid membership on the site but it has not taken effect within 24 hours please send the tech account a private message here to get your account corrected and for further instruction. There is a connectivity error with Paypal and the site

Thank you from the management

You may spend a lot of money fixing things that weren't broken to begin with. Shoot at least 500 rounds through it first, then decide what you don't like and want to improve. Regarding vintage 1911s, pre-1946 pistols are highly collectible in original, unaltered condition and should NEVER be refinished or modified as it completely ruins their monetary value.

I sent the "tech account" a private message a couple weeks ago with no response so I did so again earlier today.

As did I. I've sent several messages over the last month with no response to any. I did verify my reoccurring payments are still active.

Hey guys,

For all of those who have paid for the subscription but have not had the change apply to their account, please PM this account with the following information:
The Paypal email address, the type of subscription you purchased, the date of purchase and your transaction ID #.

Once we have that info we will send the information to the Sales team and have them confirm your payment and change your account accordingly.

Richard.

I'm not sure on how long because mine hadn't expired when I renewed but my issue has been resolved.

Thank you silver corvette & vb1911forum

I became a supporter a couple months ago and when I paid my account instantly was upgraded. So what has changed that is now causing all these delays?

It can take up to a few days but usually should be within 24-48 hours. If you do not see the account change in the next 24 hours, please PM this account with the following information:

The Paypal email address, the type of subscription you purchased, the date of purchase and your transaction ID #

There may be a delay from PayPal to confirm the payment, there may be a delay from the CC authorization / account, or a delay with the information being sent over and confirmed on our side. I am unsure at the moment.

Thanks,
- JB

Looks like your supporter status went through yesterday. Looks good from here!

Paypal takes credit cards directly, and has a more secure system as theirs is based solely upon the premise for monetary transfers. We will not move to taking CC payments directly.

Thanks,
- JB

I renewed my subscription last week but my account has not been updated. I sent a pm to the VB tech address, aka the above poster, that we are told to send to for this issue but my account is still not updated. Hopefully posting here will get results.
