Para Warthog sights/grips

Hey guys, i just recently acquired a para ordinance warthog and was wondering what options i have for night sights and grips. It has the typical 3 dot white sights and hogue grip with finger grooves that i don't really care for. Shoots like a dream and it's the first 1911 I've owned that doesn't malfunction constantly so I'm willing to spend a little bit to upgrade it.

Isn't the Warthog a relabeled P-10? If so, Hogue offers some.
