Cheap biometric safe

I have an H&K 45 and want to store it in a biometric safe, for obvious safety reasons (I have kids, it's better this way). I'm really set on biometric types cause these seem more convenient to open and close, and honestly, they seem safer overall. Don't necessarily know if I'm right, but this is my opinion. So, been looking around and I like this SentrySafe
Any of you guys have other budget options to suggest? My budget is around $200, this safe fits into my requirements perfectly, but it doesn't hurt to have other options to compare it to before I dive in to make the purchase.

Cheap biometric is dangerous

I would look into the RFID quick access, or buy one with a mechanical touchpad and practice getting into it quickly.

I have had 2 boimetric's (not cheap ones) and neither one worked worth a darn or for more than 2-4 openings in a row before having to reset and remove batteries. I had a malf one night when I thought I needed the gun inside- thank God I ended up not needing it. I removed the batteries and use it only with a key for non gun stuff now.

I have the Verifi Biometric safes and it works well for me. I have both the small and medium size. I've had the small one for over 2 years and the medium for over a year. No issues. works every time.
