Did some FA shooting with my LWRC, it does extremely well and has zero climb and is totally reliable and I feel very well suited for it. Friend of mine brought his M16 lower and we had fun swapping uppers on it and going crazy, the difference in piston vs non-piston becomes VERY apparent when you do full auto in recoil impulse and also heat buildup. My BCG stayed cool enough to easily hold even after 6 mags in about 6 minutes and their guns were really carboned and hot everywhere, and one stopped after mag two. (PSA)

The way I have my gun setup handled the recoil insanely well, kept the whole group within 6in of the intended point at 10 yards through the whole mag, I think my upper also cycled the fastest of the bunch for some reason? I am unsure but it seemed higher than normal, tell me what you guys think if I need more buffer weight behind it since it seems to me to be going about 1000 instead of 850. My zero didn't change nor did anything get ruined other than my hand getting burned and blasted lol!

Did about 14-16 mags (lost count), very fun range time before league! Also had my fiancee shoot a full auto for the first time, she did great but had a huge adrenaline hit from it and got the shakes

Below you can see in my left hand the gas block piston vent BLASTING the user every shot, it's the one thing I kidna don't like about the upper.

Fun times for sure. a heavy buffer could help slow it a little. Did you play with gas settings? or was it already on the lowest? Did the brass show any signs of stretching or case head deforming from the bolt trying to rip them out too soon? If not, and it seemed to run reliably, I wouldn't worry about the speed.

I was using a red spring and H3, brass looked totally normal and the gun doesn't allow me to change the settings as it's a self adjusting type (auto vents extra). Cool, good to know it doesn't really matter if it worked and it did

Thanks lol, I'll show a picture of that mag. It's a little low but that's due to bore offset at only 10y, it's mostly the gun honestly since the thing doesn't move at all
