Got this pretty lady sighted in and ready to go, just waiting on my Red Hill Tactical holsters to arrive. It should be noted that between me and several other co-workers, we have put close to 1000 rounds through this pistol and the 5" hard Chrome gun without any failures of any kind.
I like them. I really don't notice much of a difference in the amount of grip and it looks nicer in my opinion. Honestly, all plastic grips pail in comparison to metal grips with good texture. But this will be a duty gun as well, so my shirts with appreciate the texture.
Nice set up...and I shoot an STI Eagle style gun in IDPA.....however, the current 2017 rule book on the IDPA website shows that frame mounted lights are allowed in IDPA, and only handheld flashlights may be used..

The light will only be used when carried on duty....no worries sir.
