My wife's SR1911, she's a 'Ruger Girl' and shoots it very well.

I love the SR1911 but want to have a more CCW friendly 1911, so leaning towards a Sig Ultra U or a EMP9/or 40. Love all your photos though guys!

Beside grips, I added a SS flat Ed Brown Mainspring Housing with drop-in Maxi-Well and a Wilson Combat frontstrap which for some reason lot of guys hate this strap, hmmm .. but for me it looks and works great, it's secure and gives me a solid grip without slipping or moving like most people claim.

I love the second set of Ruger grips!

As promised

Here is my SR1911 with the MR07 and Surefire X300 installed. Nice piece of equipment. This is the tightest fitting rail I have installed the X300 on but it fits nice. The MR07 fit perfectly to the SR1911.

Thanks. Not at all. I ordered them from shopruger.com and I was pleasantly surprised with how nice they looked.

You can never have enough guns. Very nice picture, grips are great.

Just got my new Ruger SR1911. So far, I love it! Got some new grips ordered. It came with the pictured wood grips and some Ruger Ivory grips that are OK, but look a little cheap to me.

Picked up a second SR1911, installed a six inch barrel, an arched msh, a Chip McCormick eight round Shooting Star magazine, and a pair of Ruger black rubber Double Diamond grips.
