What about the different manufacturers acronyms, for example Springfield Armory's;
XD
XDM
XDS
The "M" factor
etc....

ND - Negligent Discharge. Didn't see it listed but I've seen it used a lot and it took me a while to get that one.

Perhaps dialect ...

... plus lots of overlap in meaning since one is a sub-set of the other:

FTE: failure to eject
example: a stovepipe gets extracted but doesn't eject

FTX: " " extract
example: extractor slips of due to loss of tension or due to chamber too small for a cartridge

The "X" is for X-Treme Duty, the "M" is for the match grade barrel and match grade trigger.

The "S" is for the slimmer frame single-stack model, I believe.
