My carry 1911 is usually an early SC 4.25" size pistol, Wilson 47Ds mags and a MS VMII holster.

I have two; a 1911PD Commander and a 100th Anniversary Government Model.

They are used for carry and range shooting...

I have an E-series. It has been carried nearly everyday the last 5 years.
The day I bought it I changed the grips and picked up 12 CMC Power Mags on my way to the range. It performed flawless with a variety of ammo during the initial break in.
Being stainless with fixed sights and 4mags stuffed with HST's it's nearly perfect for EDC and ENC(nite).
