EMP4 grips availability

I bought an EMP4 a few weeks ago, and got to wondering if the wood grips it comes with would fit the standard 1911, and vice-versa. I took the grips off the EMP4 and my A1, and they will interchange. I noticed, though, the EMP4's grips are thinner than the standard grips, which makes the full size pistol feel better in my hand. Other than ordering a set through SA, are there aftermarket grips available for the EMP4? All I see on Amazon are the standard grips, no mention of "thin" or "low profile".

I used the “thicker” take off grips from my range officer on my EMP4, made it fit my hand much better. I would say any 1911 spec’d grip should fit just fine. Just pay attention to the thickness.
