Indeed.

+1911 for sharing.

(With a smile, it does fit one of those profiles in the RT article we commented on last night)

And more seriously, that type of individual was, as you accurately say, a significant contributor to the Holocaust.

I wasn't aware that essential workers were all required to wear uniforms. Then again communists usually all wear uniforms so maybe this is where their mindset came from.

Regarding vintage 1911s, pre-1970 pistols are highly collectible in original, unaltered condition and should NEVER be refinished or modified as it completely ruins their monetary value.

Possibly graduating "students" at a "re-indoctrination camp".

So sad...if you read histories of life in Nazi Germany you will see the exact same mindset.
I have been stunned at the speed with which our liberties have deteriorated. When I watch one of the Democratic governors announcing new regulations it is like watching a video of a Soviet party boss of the 1950's. Same demeanor.

The last 2 months reveal the genius of the founders-make government a constellation of balancing forces....

What we have seen this year is the administrative state in all it's glory. Unbound by the peoples' legislatures. We need to reverse this.

I didnt get a picture of the lawn sign down the road from me last month. One day walking the dogs, we came to a house 100 ft setback from the road in a rural community.

But it was essentially the same. It read, “ if you can read this sign, youre not social distancing, go home! Etc.”. It wasn’t worth ripping down. As far as im concerned, they can stay on lockdown forever.

Hilarious. When I did police work, I rarely left home wearing the uniform and only twice I had to take the squad car home. Just those few times had the neighborhood all freaked out. i had quit doing police work years ago, but people still think I do it. You are sort of damned if you do and damned if you don't. You can't win against the idiots. I remember hospital staff having people get all hostile at them when they try to buy something on the way home after working 12 hour shifts. But the same people want them to help them when something happens. You just can't win with the idiots.

Exactly!! And its the terrorists that have been paying closest attention. If one of those zealots is willing to strap a bomb to their chest, the you KNOW they'd be willing to infect themselves with Marburg or the Sudan Ebola virus and walk through every Vegas casino, or Times Square on New Years Eve.

I have family members who are Democrats, and they talk about Gov's Newsom and Cuomo like they're the big heroes of this whole pandemic. It's not that they cannot see the heavy-handed, dictatorial style of their leadership. They are actually relieved to see it. Unfortunately some people actually want to be controlled... it's just that simple.

It is amazing how people do not want to be free and take great comfort in being controlled. Look what has happened since LBJs great society.

@Dsk
I like to look them in the eye and tell them:
"You are in the wrong country. You need to head north, south or across 'the pond'."

That's the bottom-line.

My wife traveled to FL today and when she crossed the state line from GA she said there was a checkpoint covering the width of HWY 95 where cops, some with K-9s, were stopping people and asking things like “where are you coming from”, “do you have any signs or symptoms of COVID-19”, etc. They were also directing some vehicles over to tents that were set up.
My question is, where is the Constitutionality and/or legality in that? And I’m pretty sure the K-9s were there to sniff out dope while people were probably getting tested in those tents.

Spend some time in England.

And you will see where they are trying to go with us over here. The conditioning of the general population over there is frightening. Everybody that you run into over there. They automatically assume that you have to get permission from the government to do anything. A Facebook post can get you jailed.

Most all of Europe is that way. Several years ago I had two fellows visiting from Germany. They stayed at our house for several days, and one nice day I offered to take them for an airplane ride. They seemed confused, but said they'd love to go. They totally enjoyed their rides, and afterwards they both said that they were stunned that I didn't have to get permission to get the plane out and go flying. It's a different world over there.

And as for the not the OP posted, I have been astonished and saddened by the number of people who are so willing to rat on their friends and neighbors for the smallest perceived violations of the "safer at home" order here in WI. What the heck ever happened to "mind your own business" and "do unto others...."? That "golden rule" is truly dead. Sad, that.
