Sightblock prohibited in standard, but BULl made one for standard

Hello guys, I’m a huge fan of sight block, sleeved barrel and sight tracker. Yet I was once being moved to open in lev3 ipsc match, it’s prohibited they said. later on i checked the faq in rules section and found that they did talked about barrel extendion and weights that kind of stuff. BUT, now BUL made a sight block gun and claimed that it’s suitable for standard, and some famous shooters ate now shooting it. yes I’m a little jealous and just wanna figure out can I use sight block gun in IPSC matches. Do you guys use sight block guns in IPSC? share your thoughts?

You might try the Brian Enos forum with this question. Here in the USA we have USPSA as our IPSC competition and we don't have a Standard devision like overseas. There are however quite a few international competitors on that forum that may be able to answer your question.
