Very nice, like the MSH with magwell and grips.

Obligatory Ruger content: TALO SR1911 Rail

All factory stock. Saw it and had to have it!

Now for a newb question I feel silly for even having to ask for as long as I have been in love with 1911 pattern weapons.... Is there a proper term for the contour of the Ruger beaver tail grip safety? Like the tapering of the tail as it extends around the hammer cup? Sig also uses this contour vs say, a Springfield or Dan Wesson using the full width beaver tail.

I've thought the same thing and searched for the correct terminology. I actually want to do the same cut to my EGW stainless beavertail that I fitted to my Commander

Here are a couple of my newly acquired SR1911 Lightweight Commander. The only thing I have done is swap the grips for Carbon Fiber ones from Prestige Grips.

I know this is a late quote, but I can't resist asking about your guitar collection. A man with that variation of picks and slides is bound to have some neat instruments. Some very cool looking slides there, by the way. Rock on!

Oh, and not a bad looking firearm, either.

Mostly cosmetics with some internal parts replaced.

Polished parts and parts from Wilson and Fusion. My favorite mod was replacing the hammer for a much larger one.
