You can buy a Miami Classic from Galco, then buy a second holster and fit it to the off side in place of the mag pouch.

My Galco Miami Classic is able to be modified to hold two 1911s, but i don't recommend it simply because i don't like the thinness of the leather shoulder straps.

Curious why you want a dual shoulder rig?

As seen in The Survivalist series by Jerry Ahern

As seen in The Survivalist series by Jerry Ahern - a dual rig by the incomparable Lou Alessi -may he enjoy good health - but in that case used with a downsized Detonics pistol.

I'd go with the Galco, but the Jackass, not the Miami. The Jackass hangs the holster component at an angle which makes it easier to conceal a 5" pistol. To me anyways.
