Search phrase length

Current setting on the search function requires four (4) characters - minimum. That blocks out things like SIS. Thus we get a "new" SIS thread (department of redundancy department) at least once per week.

Could that be changed to three?

Well....THAT explains why I could not get a hit searching for info on the MSH!
