Why this pic doesn't show?

Can anyone tell me why this pic doesn't show?, it has the proper html tags and site information

What size is the picture?

It is being shown as only 28 x 30 pixels......way to small

I don't understand, the picture size is 640 x 425.

You must have the picture set to privet on your website. Try uploading it to image shack or whatever...

I'm aware of the recomendation, but that doesn't answer my question.
If you cut and paste the url on a browser screen, the image shows, so there's no privacy setting on the image.
