This is why you keep your doors locked. Nothing Walgreens can say with it being in the parking lot. As far as the stores go still no signs posted entering stores so business as usual at least where I live...

In Texas EVERYONE who can have a gun at home can have a gun in their auto if it is concealed! A guy doing that in Houston is really stupid to began with. And YES the guy with it concealed on his person, in the car, would NOT have to have a ccl!
These are stories that rarely reach the national news.
Since I do have a ccl I am able to have my weapons OPEN in the vehicle. And, for sure, I do.
With the NEW laws about carrying, now it is OK to carry past the correct sign on a property. It is only illegal to refuse to leave that property AFTER being asked to leave. Also the sign MUST be a word-for-word copy of the state approved sign or it is an illegal sign and can be ignored.
