Any Mikov fans here?

Here's my 241 Predator. It's quickly become one of my favorites. It's simple, has a fast action and built in the Czech Republic. The mainspring can be swapped out without the use of tools. It's one of the best sub $100 non-Chinese autos you can buy right now IMO.

Auto knives aren't my thing but it looks right from internet distance. I like that there is one dealer that offers kits so that you can assemble your own Predator as well as offering some Italian blades...

I have one too. Well made and functional. And not Chinese junk.

I really hope that more people will join my decades old effort to boycott all things from the People's Republic of Contagion...

It's tough (futile even when it comes to certain items) and can be expensive at times but I have found that the quality and longevity of the more expensive US products generally offsets the price difference.

SAS Shoes, Texas Jeans (made in Asheboro, NC actually) Wigwam Socks are a few places to start. And if you want a really good (mine is about 16 years old!) leather jacket-not a PRC or Pakistani POS knock-off biker jacket-look up Perone Leather.

How in the world we are going to move the manufacture of medications back to the US though I have no idea...

I have one of these Mikovs with rosewood scales + a couple of tools. very Pretty - but a little heavy for pocket carry.
My EDC is a large black Vitorinox Swiss Army "Trekker" with one hand open main blade, & useful tools - actually large enough for self defense.

I'm pissed at the Chinese also - But a few of my favorite knives happen to be Chinese (bought before the germ warfare) About 5 beautifully made Spring assist stilettos, & my favorite stainless hunting Bowie. Not going to throw away my Chinese knives or guns - as mine are keepers.
Also very fond of ALL my Commie Firearms they're NOT our pals either.

FNHipowerluv---------I bought a Mikov like yours, with Rosewood scales, from Blade HQ in Utah.

Fantastic quality, not just "for the price" but by ANY standard.

It's also the fastest & most positive-locking auto I own. The dual springs really propel the blade with authority.

I was in Utah so I stopped by their showroom, having already looked at the knife online. Wow, it was even better than described. So, heck yeah I bought it!

The springs pop out by hand. That was a great convenience to me

So to answer your question YES, there's fans. I'm one. You can also see the Czechoslovakian Mikov factory on Youtube.

Very impressive.
