All that post here: Please read.

Rule NUMBER ONE on this forum is:

Quote:
Personal attacks and flames targeted toward other members, moderators, or anyone visiting the forum are NOT TOLERATED. Violations include, but are not limited to, posts containing racial, ethnic, or sexual slur, offensive language, insults towards one’s abilities, attacks on personal beliefs or opinions, etc.

The Staff is aware that several recent threads on this LEO subforum has turned into a Cop bashfest.
I can assure you that this behavior will not be tolerated on this subforum or any other.
Consider this the first and last warning: ANY violations will result in the immediate banning of the offending member. I cannot make it any more clear than that.
Enjoy the forum and remember that you are a guest here. Act Like it.

Gents,

I want to update this sticky by reminding everyone that members who are intentionally disrespectful of law enforcement officers will not be tolerated here. We all know that emotions are at an all-time high right now, but bashing the guys who are out there just trying to do a job keeping people safe is uncalled for. If your posts disappear without a comment or prior warning don't ask us why. If you keep pushing buttons don't be surprised if you receive a time out. That is all we're going to say about this matter.

Thank you.

You may spend a lot of money fixing things that weren't broken to begin with. Shoot at least 500 rounds through it first, then decide what you don't like and want to improve. Regarding vintage 1911s, pre-1970 pistols are highly collectible in original, unaltered condition and should NEVER be refinished or modified as it completely ruins their monetary value.
