Do Desert Eagle 1911's still have the huge "billboard" on the slide?

I'm getting conflicting info on this. On their website, it still shows the "Commander" version as having the huge billboard rollmark. But in some pics I've seen on forums, they've toned it down quite a bit, which appeals to me much more. That's the ONLY thing I don't love about the DE1911C model, the huge billboard.

Anyone bought one of these in the last year or so? And which rollmark do you have?

Yes, has been toned down a bit. Just posted a similar pic on another thread about the DE. I bought this a couple months ago.

Thanks. That's what I wanted to know. I really like the logo on yours, but the huge one always bugged me.

I wish they would update their website with the new rollmark.
