Five days from now…

Did anyone get this email? ( moderators, i think this is in the correct place? )

From:

Jason Ouimet
Chairman

The first quarter of 2020 comes to a close just five days from now and shortly after that, I have to submit NRA-PVF’s most important financial report of the year to the Federal Election Commission.

In the middle of this national crisis, it’s more important than ever to show everyone – our opponents, our friends, the media – that gun owners like you and me are 100% committed to defending our Second Amendment rights and winning this November’s election.

And to do that, it’s critical that we hit our March 31st NRA-PVF fundraising goal.

CONTRIBUTE NOW!

Thanks to the generous leadership of thousands of your fellow NRA members, we’ve been making good progress. But we’re not there yet!

We still need to raise $136,330 in the next five days to reach our critical first-quarter fundraising target.

Michael, PLEASE LET ME COUNT ON YOU to be one of the 2,504 NRA members who carry us across the finish line today!

If we all work together and pitch in, we can hit our crucial first quarter fundraising goal and keep our campaign on target.

In order to REACH OUR GOAL and send a powerful message to Joe Biden, anti-gun candidates running for the House and Senate, the gun-ban lobby, and every single member of the lying, gun-hating media, I just need:

1,150 NRA members to give $27 each

CONTRIBUTE NOW!

895 NRA members to give $38 each

CONTRIBUTE NOW!

274 NRA members to give $55 each

CONTRIBUTE NOW!

87 NRA members to give $100 each

CONTRIBUTE NOW!

46 NRA members to give $250 each

CONTRIBUTE NOW!

32 NRA members to give $500 each

CONTRIBUTE NOW!

20 NRA members to give $1,000 each

CONTRIBUTE NOW!

Michael, I’m grateful for WHATEVER you can do to help today. Every contribution makes a difference!

Please let me know right now that I can count on your support.

Now more than ever, you have a unique and powerful role to play as an NRA-PVF leader.

Every dollar you can give today is another critical step toward hitting our crucial March 31st fundraising target and setting the stage to SAVE OUR GUNS and SAVE OUR FREEDOM this November.

Thank you, and again, please help TODAY.

Jason

CONTRIBUTE NOW!

My answer back to them was:

I will not be contributing anymore as long as Wayne Lapierre is in charge. Thank you, M

Hey all, how do we get rid of this guy?

Any money I donate will be to GOA and Gun Owners Action League here in Ma.

Clerical error. They're calling you "Michael" when your name is clearly Boston Bill.

It appears to me that the NRA is currently concentrating on fund raising rather than their traditional role of fighting the gun grabbers. I likewise suspect that the monies raised are going toward their legal bills. I know that during the recent unpleasantness here in Virginia, they were pretty much missing in action and all the heavy lifting was done by the Virginia Citizens Defense League, God bless them. All mail solicitations from them are returned with the statement, "Get back to me when Wayne has retired."

I'm not a fan of Wayne but I WILL NOT stop supporting the NRA just because of him. The NRA is not perfect but they are a large pro 2a group and right now we need all the help we can get.

OP thankyou for supporting the groups you do.

I gave them the fee for a Life Membership (membership a requirement of my local club, so I figured all in).

I'm done for a while
