DW PM3... info and fair price?

I see a Dan Wesson Pointman 3 for sale near me and wonder about it.

From this site I read it may have a cast frame and slide and some may have had metallurgy problems but since it's lived this long... anyone have any thoughts on this?

For a gun in Good condition with say 90% finish... what do you think a fair price might be?

Neat!
Though I can't really help on price. Looks like a great base for a project.

No one cares to propose a fair price?

I am wondering what a pre-cz entry level .45 with the Dan Wesson name on it might be valued at.

I don't see any DW in good condition much under $1k.
For that one, I'd think about it for a while if it was above that.
