I have come across a Remington Rand withs the serial number starting with 14090... I was wondering what it is worth. It's about 75%, it seems to be all original.
The blueing is pretty worn and there is a small amount of surface rust in spots but its not to bad and can probably be cleaned up and the magazine has a lot of ware. I haven't shot it but everything seems to work.
Well, for starters it should be Parkerized, not blued. Again, the best I can do is visuallize what you're describing, in which case if I were a buyer with that amount of information I wouldn't give more than $450 for it. Decent pictures are necessary to be able to come up with any sort of accurate figure. Also take note of any markings on the barrel.
When adding links to pics please hit ENTER after you add each one, that way they don't stretch all the way across the screen. The pistol looks pretty good, but unfortunately the pictures are a bit too dark and fuzzy to see any details. Outdoor light (but not direct sunlight) would be better.
