Hadn't been to the range in a good, long while....

So today I figured: why not? Besides, I hear that aside from using tonic with quinine for your gin, the next best SARS-CoV-2 antidote is gun smoke. I think I may have heard that at a Fauci/Birx conference, not sure! Anyway, as I was in a rather eclectic mood today, I grabbed one each from three different bins, as they say. One thing for sure though, the TSO is still running circles around pistols priced way, way higher. What a simply fantastic handgun!!! I can't recommend them enough.

15yds, unsupported. Got a bit cocky with that one round, rushed the shot. The other 17 went were intended, though. A man must know his limitations!!!

Good for you!

I go to my range anytime that I like. The most that I can shoot to is 150 yards, at least until I take down some more timber. But it is my range so I can go anytime and not worry about anyone else being there.

I wish that I could shoot that well.

Great shooting Havanajim. I came across my old .177 pellet gun standing up in a corner of my garage basically buried for 10 years. Took it in the yard and had some fun. Just dusted it off, still worked great! Any day shooting is a good day..

I'll be staying away from my favorite outdoor range for a while. Too many unemployed "youngsters" shooting the hell out of everything with their AR toys.

I need to get over to the hardware store.

To pick up some more orange paint. But I am leery of going over there.

Well, just to be clear, this was slow-fire, not some sort of 'tactical mag dump' or anything particularly stylish!! And, sometimes the shooting deities do sort of smile upon us!

Regarding our range, thankfully, ours is a private facility, and it's only minutes away, it's just that I don't seem to make it out there very often to just shoot for the hell of it.

As others have mentioned, I too dream of having land out in the middle of nowhere and be able to build my own range. But, alas, I'll make due with what I have, and be thankful.

Just make sure that you bring your Thompson SMG, Your Berretta model 93, and your m-16s.

A BAR, my dream gun really That and the MP5 that you also have as I recall.

I could get either one here. But I just can not justify spending that kind of money for a range toy. If I could get them for what you are paying for them. I would certainly have a bunch of them.

I timed my first trip to the range with spring thaw last month - I picked up ten boxes of 45 brass left over the winter. I was "working from home"

I shot my blackhawk 44 mag, so I didn't lose any brass either.

Sweet wheelguns and consistently the sweetest shooting 9mm I've seen. Those TSO guns are much respected for a reason.

You run yours very, very well. Mighty nice shooting.

Great yield on what had to be a fun range trip.
