Election Day

We are less than 24 hours away from learning who the next President of the United States will be and whether or not those on our side manage to retain control of Congress. All I can say is, if you haven't done so already or are still contemplating sitting this one out GO AND VOTE. Even if you can't stand our choices for President, at least try and support your local pro-gun candidates. Just yesterday I talked to a neighbor who owns guns and who is going to sit this one out. Nothing I could say would convince him to vote, because as far as he was concerned whoever gets in is just a puppet of the ones really in charge behind the scenes. Here is a guy who could have been one more vote for our side, but instead he's just going to let one more anti-gun liberal in Seattle decide for him.

Please, spread the word on all the other gun forums. GET OUT AND VOTE!!!

I have done all that I can do.

The die will be cast. Does anyone out in Vegas know what kind of odds the book makers are laying out tonight out there?

I thought it was bad in 08 and 12. It could get worse tomorrow and I will lose faith in my fellow Americans once and for all.

I voted Republican. Everyone I have the ability to influence is doing or has already done, the same.

Be very legal buys, but if you can carry make sure to be situational aware. There are very much people out there looking for trouble and will probably try to bait people who "look conservative".

God bless everyone and God bless and save America.

Get your rear ends out and vote. if someone loves this country and does not want it to go to the dogs get them out to vote. The liberals are busing them in yesterday from black churches in florida ( though they did not believe in church and state) and will be busing latino cleaning people from hotels in Nevada and probably even offer bums on skid row a bottle to vote.

No matter what happens, half of this country is going to be very upset on Wednesday so it could actually get ugly in some places. Keep that in mind as well. Of course I would fully expect Conservatives to be more level-headed and not be the kind to overturn cars and incite riots like the other side would. So yes I could easily see voter intimidation occurring tomorrow. We're not the same nation as we were 20 years ago when things like that simply didn't happen in this country. We all knew the country was slowly going downhill, but the rate seems to have accelerated within the past generation or so.

Very true. Some groups may want to play a game of cowboys and thugs. I think it wont be pretty, but the country will be safer and save a ton of money on taxes. I would put a farmboy with his daddy's shotgun up anyday against a gang banger holding a "gatt" sideways.

Myself & my wife will be at our polling place when they open the doors (6:00am), cast our votes, go to breakfast, spend a few hours at the range, go for lunch/early dinner then home to watch the returns.

What happens after that is in God's hands. I just hope he's merciful.

I'm going to vote early tomorrow (I took half a day off). Then I'm going home, putting my speakers in my window, and blasting "Stars and Stripes Forever" every hour, on the hour, just because.

"Hurrah for the flag of the free!
May it wave as our standard forever,
The gem of the land and the sea,
The banner of the right.

Let despots remember the day
When our fathers with mighty endeavor
Proclaimed as they marched to the fray
That by their might and by their right
It waves forever."

Keep in mind that we're still voting on electors...and this race is close enough there may not be a winner tomorrow.

And, for better or worse, some electors may go rogue.

The wife and I voted last Monday in early voting. Have talked myself hoarse and finally come to realize there is no changing anybody's mind. The "yellow dog" democrats will keep pulling the "D" lever long after they are already dead and buried...........just as they have done for decades. Lord have mercy on all of us.
Stay frosty and favor center.

If Trump wins, a defying of the odds, Obama and the Dems won't accept the results. NOTICE, they have set up the conspiracy theory the Russians will tamper with the vote.

One of my best friends for about fifteen years won't speak to me because a couple months ago I told her husband he's an idiot and is going to get what he deserves. Mostly because he was so smug and condescending about the whole thing. I didn't mean to be so harsh with the guy, but tension has been brewing with him since they got married, about five years now, and he deserved it.

Here's a guy who "loves guns," but can't be bothered enough to get his lazy ass to the polls and do his duty. I have no patience for people like this.

I've reached the point where I no longer care who I offend. I got in a rather heated argument with my freaking grandmother - she's voting for Hillary because she feels Hillary is a better person. No amount of logic would convince her that this was a horrendous way to chose who to vote for.

I did my part to vote for our most pro-gun candidate.

However, I've lost faith in Americans to see right from wrong in this election. Those who know darn well how corrupt she is and can't / won't admit to themselves she is pure evil.

In 24 hours from now, we may well become the next 3rd world country with a vote. A country that's only interested in free handouts...with their hand open and fully extended out. What a disgrace to this country they are...willing to turn their back and give up American values for a free handout. A willingness to vote for a lying, cheating and stealing criminal as their best choice as President.

This country will be even more divided very quickly by those who see no wrong in what she does.

To those who vote her in, I say get the hell out of the country, you're the problem...not the solution.

Those "free" handouts are not free. Just look at your medical insurance premiums. Just imagine what "free college" will cost us! Wake up! There is NO FREE LUNCH.
Remember under the last clinton the demand to make loans to people w/out jobs or credit just so "diversity" would be well served? Remember what happened to the housing market and the stock market? The ponzi schemes always come apart and hurt almost everyone. Wake up! NOTHING IS FREE.

So, the big game. Deplorables vs Detestables. And, forgive me if I have a bit of trouble with that last one. I keep wanting to say de-testicles, because they're ALL nuts. And the mostly males of the order seem to have lost theirs.

That's VERY steep, if I'm reading it right. I'm not sure that McGovern was in THAT much trouble.

Wednesday morning, I may wake up wrong.

But so far this year, the Polls and Oddsmakers were wrong concerning the exit of Britain from the EU.

They were also wrong that the Chicago Cubs couldn't win the World Series.

So hopefully, I'll wake up Wednesday Morning having had some Celebratory Belts from my bottle of 18 Year Old Glenlivet Scotch and laughing a bit at how upset all the Hillary supporters will be.

Besides,

I'm not sure she could have beaten Bernie fair and square.

So it's entirely possible that she won't beat Donald Trump.

After all, this:

won't work again.

I guess my take on this all is that there are just not enough conservatives in this country any more to carry elections. With new citizens being milled everyday with our generous immigration policies and porous borders the balance has shifted and I believe irrevocably. I figure at my age I probably have at best 20 more years. That is basically two and a half more presidents and then it's not my issue any more. So I will have to live through Hillary then Michelle and by then I will probably be on my last legs. I think I saw my last republican president with George W. and that was even painful to endure. The only thing in our favor is that she is old like so many of us and she ain't getting any younger. All the best to y'all......

I assume you meant that literally. WA state once got a shiny new Democratic governor thanks in part to a few Democrats who apparently continued to remain active in the election process even after their passing.

Perhaps you really meant Deplorables vs De-testicles?

Could get ugly.
