One thing becomes clear at this point.

That the number of Covid-19 experts making predictions today. That it is directly proportional to the perceived extent of the number of victims of the virus. So clearly we are making headway. Thank goodness for this.

I take his point to mean - more victims=more experts. Not sure the point of his point.

Actually, I think the number of prognosticators is higher than the number of infected folks!!!

Too bad in the States as in all the other countries in Europe nobody really took advantage of the 2/3 weeks time when the virus arrived to Italy.

I was one who did. Especially after viewing a video on BBC by a young Italian woman who was imploring people in the U.S. not to make the same mistakes she had seen (with benefit two+ weeks of hindsight).
